- 2 doses of whey chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
- 300ml of water
- 6 ice cubes
- Mix the whey, water and ice cubes in your blender
- Mix until the ice cubes are crushed
- Add the peanut butter and maple syrup
- Mix and your milkshake is ready!
