- 25cl of black coffee
- 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder
- 1 teaspoon of low-fat cocoa powder
- 1 0% chocolate yogurt
- 1 dose of whey chocolate
- 6 ice cubes
- Mix the coffee and milk powder
- Pour the mixture into your blender, add the ice cubes
- Mix until the ice cubes are crushed
- Add the cocoa, whey and yogurt
- Mix and your milkshake is ready!
