Ingredients
- 1 sachet of green tea
- 1 0% vanilla yogurt
- 20cl of orange juice
- 80g of mango
- 2 teaspoons of linseed oil
- 10g of ginger
- 1 dose of whey vanilla

Preparation
- Infuse the tea in 25cl of water
- Mix the tea with the yogurt and orange juice in your blender
- Mix until the mixture is smooth
- Add the mango, whey, oil and ginger
- Mix and the milkshake is ready
