Whey protein vanilla flavour

Ingredients

  • 5g of popcorn
  • 30g of whey vanilla
  • 25g of coconut milk
  • 25g of raisins

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Crush the popcorn to get smaller pieces
  • Whisk the whey 9 with the coconut milk
  • Add the popcorn and raisins, mix
  • Pour the mixture into a small cake tin
  • Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven as soon as the bar begins to brown
  • Enjoy to your heart’s content with a chocolate milkshake or tea
