Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 500ml of milk
- 60g of whey vanilla protein
- Stevia

Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in your blender
- Pour your mixture into flan moulds
- Heat them in a bain-marie in your oven at 150° for 30 minutes
- Take out of the oven and leave to cool
- Put your flans in the fridge for 4 or 5 hours to harden
