Whether your diet is to gain weight or slim down, it probably includes the consumption of whey protein. Make quick smoothies to make shake-time an interesting part of the day.
1. Strawberry Milkshake
- 2-3 Strawberries
- 1 scoop of vanilla flavored whey protein
Churn the above ingredients and make yourself a quick smoothie. Consume the smoothie after your workout for best results.
2. Cold-Coffee Shake
- 1 scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein
- Coffee powder
Churn the above ingredients and make yourself a quick smoothie. You can replace your morning coffee after a session with this.
3. Protein Pancakes
For breakfast, I usually make myself a quick pancake.
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
- I scoop of oats
- A dash of milk
- 1 whole egg
- No need to add vanilla essence because your protein already includes it.
- Baking powder
Blend the above ingredients into a batter to make your pancakes.
You can have your pancake with sugar-free maple syrup, honey or organic peanut butter.
