vanilla protein flan

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 500ml of milk
  • 60g of whey vanilla protein
  • Stevia

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients in your blender
  • Pour your mixture into flan moulds
  • Heat them in a bain-marie in your oven at 150° for 30 minutes
  • Take out of the oven and leave to cool
  • Put your flans in the fridge for 4 or 5 hours to harden
