Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of green tea
  • 1 0% vanilla yogurt
  • 20cl of orange juice
  • 80g of mango
  • 2 teaspoons of linseed oil
  • 10g of ginger
  • 1 dose of whey  vanilla

Preparation

  • Infuse the tea in 25cl of water
  • Mix the tea with the yogurt and orange juice in your blender
  • Mix until the mixture is smooth
  • Add the mango, whey, oil and ginger
  • Mix and the milkshake is ready
