- Roughly mix the pear
- Add the dose of protein whey and cocoa, mix roughly again
- Pour the mixture into 2 small round, microwave-safe moulds (use moulds with high edges)
- Microwave your mixture at 600 watts for 2 minutes, stopping the cooking every 15 seconds to prevent the mixture spilling out
- Leave to cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
