Carrot and Cinnamon Protein Muffins
Ideal for a protein snack at any time of the day.

- 1 dose of whey 9 vanilla
- 40g of oatmeal
- 60g of whole flour
- 2 carrots
- 3 egg whites
- 100ml of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix the whey with the oat flakes, whole wheat flour, yeast and cinnamon
- Add the egg whites and whisk
- Add the almond milk then the honey and the agave syrup, whisk again
- Grate the carrots and add them to the preparation
- Pour everything into muffin moulds
- Bake for 25 minutes
