Diksha Chabbra

Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutritionist

Diksha is unstoppable, progressive and quite fearless when it comes to training and in every aspect of her life.

She has been practicing strength training for more than 2 years. Recently, she won "Mrs. India Earth" at runner-up position and was also awarded the subtitle of “Mrs. Body Fit.”

One of the most convenient features of cross-training is the flexibility and ability to practice in different locations. A big relief is that every time you need to work out, you don't have to rush to your good ol' gym which we all agree can get not just boring and monotonous but also quite heavy on the pocket. Well, thank god for Cross-Training. It's accessible, fun at the same time.

1. Practice at Home

For a beginner, a pair of dumbbells, kettlebells, a stability box, a plyometric box, a medicine ball is enough for you to perform a lot of variations from the comfort of your home.

3. Practice Outdoors

The resistance band is the apt product to perform outdoors since it is easy to carry around and can be hung on to a variety of objects, say a tree for example. If you don't want to carry around a lot of items, a resistance band will serve the purpose because you can perform a variety of exercises with it.
