Tennis is for anyone to play at any time and any place. LTA Youth introduces fun tennis activities with simple instructions for family members of any age. Some of these activities will require two tennis rackets and balls of any size. We have also included activities where you don't need any rackets and can be played in a small space e.g living room or kitchen area. Have fun!

Progressive Tennis, as the word implies is a step by step technique to introduce young players to the game. It's slightly different from regular tennis but known to be more effective in the learning process.
