How to Stay Active at Home

Health is always associated with good food and equally good amounts of exercise while exercise is associated with any form of physical as well as mental activity. Now, when it comes to being more physically active people usually opt for expensive gym memberships or Zumba classes, strolls in the garden, or jogging in parks. This routine on a normal day could sound fun but what about situations of a pandemic or virus outbreak.
