I am Balasubramanian Sambasivam, 31 years old from Chennai Tamil Nadu. By profession, I am a researcher dealing with electricity management and sustainability. Running is my passion and it is glued to my lifestyle. I may skip my meal, but not my running routine.
Running and Weight Loss: How I Dropped 30kgsI've lost 30kgs, from 100 to 70. I consider this my greatest achievement. I am free from pain in my knees and joints. For 5 days every week, I've run 5kms per day and 10kms on the 6th day.
