The most important is to wash with plenty of water (water flask, river) and eventually with soap. The disinfectant should only used on a clean wound. Cover it with sterile gauze supported by self-adhesive bandages, then consult a doctor when your return. Include individual small bandages for blisters and a pair of small scissors.
Paracetamol for pain and fever. For diarrhea, nausea or vomiting ask your pharmacist the right product depending on your overall health.
